I need to move from California to New Jersey for business, but I am not sure how I am going to buy a home from out here. I really love the way you do business! You only get paid from the builder? A lot of people marvel at getting Realtor expertise for free. Furthermore, they will listen to your deals more when there's no cost or pressure. You're an example to us all with buying new homes!
